Success and breakthrough (2015–2019)
In the film Swaragini, Shah played Swara Maheshwari from March 2015 until December 2016. Shah took part in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (season 9) on Colours TV in 2016. Helly Shah played Bakshi/Devanshi Upadhyay in the 2017 film Devanshi.

Ishq Mein Marjawan 2: Naya Safar, the second season featuring Shah in the role of Riddhima, began streaming on Voot Select on March 15th, following the show’s cancellation
On May 18, 2022, she made her red carpet debut at Cannes. On May 21, she revealed the poster for her feature film debut, Kaya Palat, during the Cannes Film Festival. The actress was the first television actress from India to walk the red carpet for L’Oréal Paris, the event sponsors, at the Cannes Film Festival. Shah and Vatsal Seth are currently filming a Gujarati movie as of March 2023.
