Indian television actress Urvashi Dholakia was born on July 9, 1978, and is most known for playing the famous villain Komolika in the enduring serial Kasautii Zindagii Kay. She is also well-known for winning Season 6 of Bigg Boss. Among the many honours she has won are seven Indian Television Academy Awards.

Urvashi Dholakia Early Career (1985–2000)
Dholakia debuted as an actress at the age of six in a TV spot for Lux serial starring Revathi. She made her TV debut as Rajlaxmi in the Doordarshan series Shrikant when she was younger. She played Shilpa in Doordarshan’s Dekh Bhai Dekh, her first adult TV role, before moving on to Waqt Ki Raftar.
Urvashi Dholakia General Acknowledgment (2000–2011)
Dholakia’s ascent to the top of the list of most popular actresses up to that point occurred during the 2000s, when she won numerous awards and received widespread praise for her outstanding performances in the Ekta Kapoor series Ghar Ek Mandir, Kabhii Sautan Kabhii Sahelii, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, and Kahiin To Hoga.

Urvashi Dholakia Bigg Boss
She competed in Bigg Boss 6 on Colours TV in 2012, and on January 12, 2013, she won the season. In the historical fantasy series Chandrakanta on Colours TV, she plays Queen Iravati as of 2017.
