Like Bollywood Hungama said, “Nikita Dutta is cute and does fine.” In the same year, Dutta had an appearance in the Zoya Akhtar portion of the anthology film Lust Stories, opposite Neil Bhoopalam. Dutta starred in the musical supernatural comedy Rocket Gang in 2022, opposite Aditya Seal. According to the Times of India, “Nikita Dutta fits right in, but her on-screen chemistry with Aditya Seal falls flat.”38 Alongside Karan Tacker, she played a determined wife in the web serial Khakee: The Bihar Chapter.
