Neelu Vaghela was born on April 15, 1970. Actress, dancer, and television personality is from India and is widely recognized for her roles in Rajasthani films. She is also well-known for playing Santosh Arun Rathi, commonly known as Bhabho, in the Star Plus soap operas Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh, Piyaji, and Diya Aur Baati Hum. Aruneel Films, her own production company, produces Rajasthani films.

Neelu Vaghela began her career performing on stage and getting picked for movies. She made her acting debut in Supattar Binani in 1981 when she was eleven years old. She also acted in Bai Chali Sasariya, which was remade as Saajan Ka Ghar in Hindi. Her formative years were spent in Jaipur.
