Deeksha Seth was born on February 14, 1990. is an Indian model and actress who was a finalist for Femina Miss India 2009 and primarily worked in Telugu and Tamil films. Deeksha Seth debuted as an actress in the 2010 Telugu film Vedam.
Deeksha Seth Childhood
On February 14, 1990, Seth was born in Delhi. Her family has been relocating frequently and residing in several regions of India, including Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh, in addition to Kathmandu, Nepal, since her father worked for ITC Limited and was frequently transferred. After completing her early childhood education and up to the third grade in Chennai, she enrolled in a Mumbai college. She went to Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer, a boarding school. Her lone older sister resides and works in Mumbai at the moment. Deeksha Seth says her dream job was to work as a marine archaeologist.

Deeksha Seth was discovered during an NSS event in 2009, her first year of college, by a Femina Miss India contest scout, who convinced her to model and compete in the beauty pageant. With the assistance of her father’s acquaintance, she put up a portfolio and entered the competition. Despite having never modelled before, she placed among the top 10 finalists and took home the Fresh Face award.

Deeksha Seth was discovered by the casting director of Krish’s Telugu film Vedam while she was in Hyderabad for a modelling assignment. After 70 females were turned down by the producers, she was chosen for the part of Pooja, the wealthy girlfriend of Allu Arjun’s Cable Raju, because she “loved the script and decided to give it a shot”. The drama anthology film Vedam debuted to great critical acclaim and took home awards at a number of events.
Deeksha Seth signed two additional films in short succession; the first, Mirapakay, starring Ravi Teja, came out next and was a big commercial hit . The action movie Wanted starring Gopichand, which marked her breakthrough as a lead female role, was released two weeks after Mirapakaay and was a box office disaster.
