Indian actor Shaji Choudhary was born on July 7, 1972 . who appears in supporting parts in TV series and Indian movies. Born in Tonk, Rajasthan’s Dodwari, Shaji’s roles in PK, Mirzapur, Shaurya Aur Suhani, Jodhaa Akbar, Main Hoon Na, and Shaurya Aur Suhani are well-known.
Shaji Choudhary Childhood And Family History
In Tonk, Rajasthan, in the village of Dodwari, Shaji was born. Both his mother Rampyari Choudhary and father Roopnarayan Choudhary were farmers. Shaji moved to Jaipur with his older brother when he was twelve years old. Shaji has four brothers and a sister. He did his high school education at St. Soldiers and his college studies at Rajasthan University. Shaji got married to Subdhara Choudhary, and the two of them have a son named Manas and a daughter named Vaishali.
Shaji Choudhary Career
After relocating to Mumbai, Shaji began his acting career by playing the villain Kilvish in the second season of the DD1 TV series Shaktimaan (Surendra Pal played the part of Kilvish in Season One). Main Hoon Na was Shaji’s debut feature film appearance. When filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker cast Shaji as Akbar’s general Adham Khan in the historical drama Jodhaa Akbar in 2008, he collaborated with Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Later, Shaji played a little role in the romantic soap opera Shaurya Aur Suhani as Aghor. In the 2014 movie PK, Shaji portrayed Tapasvi Maharaj’s bodyguard. In the television series Mirzapur, Shaji portrayed Maqbool Khan, the dependable goon of Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi). Additionally, he appeared in other C.I.D. episodes as different roles.
Shaji Choudhary starred in the action-thriller Pathaan in 2023.
