Actor Vijay Singh Deol was born in India on January 27, 1969, and primarily works in Hindi cinema. Bobby Deol is a member of the Deol family; he is Sunny Deol’s brother and Dharmendra’s younger son.
Bobby Deol made his feature debut as a child actor in Dharam Veer (1977). Bobby Deol then went on to win the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut in the romantic film Barsaat (1995). Deol costarred with Neha in the Vidhu Vinod Chopra movie Kareeb in 1998. Although the movie got mixed reviews when it debuted on Netflix on August 21, 2020, Deol was nominated for a Filmfare OTT Award for Best Actor in a Web Original Film. Bobby Deol plays the part of Baba Nirala in the MX Player original series Aashram, which debuted in 2020.
Next, Deol played the major antagonist Abrar Haque in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directed film Animal (2023), costarring with Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Tripti Dimri. At the box office, the movie became a huge commercial success, making over ₹917 crore globally.
