Indian film dialogue writer, director, actor, screenwriter, producer, and casting director Tigmanshu Dhulia was born on July 3, 1967, and is well-known for his contributions to Hindi film and television. Tigmanshu Dhulia penned the dialogue for the Berlin International Film Festival-screened 1998 picture Dil Se.., which was the first Bollywood movie to appear in the UK top ten.
