Indian playback singer and actor Sreerama Chandra Mynampati was born on January 19, 1986, and is well-known for his roles in Telugu, Bollywood, and television. The fifth season of Indian Idol, a music reality show, has crowned him the champion.

2008 was the beginning of his career as a Telugu playback singer. He debuted as an actor in the Telugu film Jagadguru Adi Shankara in 2013. He portrayed the lead role in Prema Geema Jantha Nai as well. In 2021, he competed in the reality series Bigg Boss Telugu 5, finishing as the second runner-up.
Sreerama Chandra Personal Life
Sreerama Chandra was born into a Telugu-speaking Brahmin family in Addanki, a town in the Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh. His mother stays at home while his father works as an advocate in the High Court. Despite having no musical experience, Sreerama Chandra loved to sing and began learning from N.Ch. Parthasarathy when he was in school and later in college.
He received his education at the St. Andrews School in Bowenpally, Secunderabad, and from the Royal Institute of Technology and Science (RITS) he received his BTech degree. He had his music education from Bhaskara Haripriya (one of the Hyderabad Sisters, the Singing Divine Duo) at Sri Bhakta Ramadasu Govt. College Of Music And Dance, Secunderabad.
Sreerama Chandra Career
Sreerama Chandra began singing in school, but at the age of seventeen, he began playing back-up vocals. He has finished the fifth year of Sri Bhakta Ramadasa Music College’s Certificate programme in Carnatic vocal, located in Marredpally, Secunderabad. Sreeram’s potential was noticed by Telugu film music director Mickey J Meyer, who cast him in the lead role of “Chirugalithone Adiga” for the film Notebook after he appeared on ETV’s singing reality show Sye.

He was included in a Suzuki advertising campaign with Salman Khan. 2010 saw the publication of his first Hindi album, Rehnuma, which he described as an homage to his loved ones. His latest record, Crazy Love, is now being recorded.
Chandra participated in season 5 of the reality TV programme Bigg Boss Telugu in 2021. His fan base among family audiences is enormous. He finished the show as the first runner-up and first finalist.
Later, he co-starred with Rashi Singh in the lead role of the TV series Papam Pasivadu, which was broadcast on the Aha streaming service.
