Rinku Singh and the other Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) players were joined by Shah Rukh Khan and his son AbRam on Sunday during their training session. Online videos have surfaced of SRK and AbRam showcasing their cricketing prowess ahead of the Kolkata Kings’ match against the Delhi Capitals (DC) at Eden Ground. Online, SRK was seen showing off his batting prowess in a video. The Jawan star was spotted striking some balls while wearing a KKR jersey.
AbRam was seen hitting Rinku Singh with a yorker in a different video. The small one was bowling for Rinku and had everyone fielding around him. The brilliant cricketer defended himself with grace.

On Monday, KKR and DC will play. It will be their sixth game played on home soil. Out of the five games the team has played at the ground this year, they have lost two of them. In the last game, which was played in Kolkata on Friday, KKR scored more than 200 runs on Punjab Kings but was unable to hold that lead. In spite of the defeat, KKR is currently ranked second in the standings.
In the meantime, SRK has been supporting KKR this season by going to nearly all of their games. In the locker room, he has also been inspiring his group. Shah Rukh addressed the team during one of the first games, saying, “It’s always good to see when we’re playing like a unit.” and my plea to all of the players, both international and senior, is that you bring the young players with you. Tell them about your encounter. Make sure they develop into outstanding cricket players, much like the experienced players and international players. Thank you so much, all of the young children.
Shah Rukh remarked, “There are days in our lives, in sports especially, when we don’t deserve to lose,” following one of the bouts. There are also times when we don’t deserve to succeed. But they are the kinds of days that make things different. In my opinion, we didn’t deserve to lose today. We all played really well together. We need to feel incredibly proud of who we are. Please try not to be depressed. Keep the euphoria going by feeling as joyful as we do anytime we enter the changing room.
