Parikh made her web series debut in Kshadyantra (2021), a Gujarati political thriller, as Shalini Patel, a materialistic avaricious woman who aspires to become a powerful politician. Following that, Parikh starred in the Hindi psychological crime drama web series Damaged 3 (2022), where she played the obstinate and reclusive journalist Shanaya Roy. In the &TV social drama series Ghar Ek Mandir – Kripa Agrasen Maharaj Ki, Parikh costarred with Akshay Mhatre as Genda in 2021. The entire performance was filmed in Rajasthan’s Jaipur.
Parikh has been playing Maitree in the Zed TV series Maitree from February 2023.
