Born on February 8, 1988, Rucha Hasabnis Jagdale (née Hasabanis) is an Indian actress best known for her role as Rashi Shah Modi in the popular serial opera Saath Nibhana Saathiya on Star Plus, which ran from 2010 to 2014. Afterwards, Hasabnis took a sabbatical from performing in order to concentrate on her family and marry businessman Rahul Jagdale in 2015.

During the COVID-19 shutdown in 2020, Rucha Hasabnis gained popularity again after YouTuber and artist Yashraj Mukhate rapped Rasode mein kaun tha from her well-known lines as “Rashiben” from Saath Nibhana Saathiya. The rap also led to a rerun of the show.

Rucha Hasabnis debuted as an actress in the Marathi drama Chaar Choughi in 2009, assuming the character of Devika.
