Indian actress Rati Pandey is well-known for her roles in the films Shaadi Mubarak, Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai, Devi Adi Parashakti, Porus, Hitler Didi, and Miley Jab Hum Tum.
Rati Pandey Childhood And Upbringing
On September 11, 1982, Rati Pandey was born in Assam, India, into a Hindu Brahmin family. After her family relocated to Patna, Bihar, she spent seven years living there and attending St. Karen’s High School, Patna. Former classmate Sushant Singh Rajput was friends with her elder sister. Her education was finished at the Kendriya Vidyalaya in Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi. Rati received her degree in Economics from Delhi University’s Miranda House College.

In 2006, Rati Pandey made her television debut as a contestant on Idea Zee Cinestars ki Khoj. She also starred in the horror series Raat Hone Ko Hai on Sahara One and the crime thriller C.I.D. on Sony TV. She has also made an appearance in a Champions Appliances TV promo.

Rati’s television career was furthered by her role as “Nandini” in Deepti Bhatnagar’s Shaadi Street on STAR One. Following that, she portrayed the lead character of Prarthna Thakraal in the Shreya Creations-produced Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai on Zee TV.
She was cast as Nupur Bhushan in Miley Jab Hum Tum in 2008. Fans of the show persuaded the producers to reinstate the vivacious Nupur when she gained popularity; the character had been written out of the show.

She participated in Zee Rishton ki Antakshari 2012 as well.
In 2010, Rati and Arjun Bijlani co-hosted the 10th Indian Television Academy Awards. Alongside Rithvik Dhanjani, she co-hosted a small section of Zee Rishtey Awards 2012 and Zee TV’s 20th Diwali Special Episode.
In Begusarai (2016), Pandey made her television comeback after a two-year hiatus, portraying the character ‘Komal’. She also made a special cameo as Princess Devyani in the TV series “Tenali Rama” that same year.
She played Queen Anusuya in the 2017 Sony TV series Porus. Pandey portrayed Vidya in Star Plus’s Divya Drishti in 2019.
She replaced Rajshree Thakur as the primary female character in Shaadi Mubarak on Star Plus in October 2020. Manav Gohil was portrayed by Thakur.
