Born on August 6, 1986, Dipika Kakar Ibrahim, professionally known as Dipika Kakar, is an Indian actress who performs on Hindi television. She was also known by the name Faiza Ibrahim. Her roles as Sonakshi in Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum and Simar in Sasural Simar Ka are well-known. She competed in the reality series Bigg Boss 12 and won the competition in 2018. She competed in Nach Baliye 8 as well, placing fourth.

In Pune, India, on August 6, 1986, Dipika was born. After passing the Central Board of Secondary Education’s school-level exams, Kakar received her degree from the University of Mumbai. She began working as a flight attendant with Jet Airways shortly after graduating from college and did so for over three years. She left her position and entered the entertainment sector due to various health problems.

Dipika Kakar Bigg Boss
In the October 2018 season of Bigg Boss 12, Kakar took part. She was declared the season’s winner on December 30, 2018. She played Sonakshi Rastogi opposite Karan Grover in Star Plus’s Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum in 2019 and 2020.

Raunak Samson and Kakar were wed in 2011, however they divorced in 2015.
On February 22, 2018, in Bhopal, she wed Shoaib Ibrahim, her co-star from Sasural Simar Ka. She became an Islamic convert and took the name Faiza. On June 21, 2023, Ibrahim and Kakar welcomed Ruhaan Shoaib Ibrahim as their first child.
