Singh made her acting debut in the 2007 Zed TV series Maayka, playing the part of Soni. Later, she appeared as Rano in the Star Plus series Grihasti, and then as Mugdha in Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai.
Arti Singh played Seema in Ekta Kapoor’s 2011 television series Parichay — Nayee Zindagi Kay Sapno Ka. Later on, she played Kajri in Uttaran on Colours TV. She played Baani in the 2014 television series Devon Ke Dev… Mahadev, and she afterwards took part in the reality series Box Cricket League.

In 2016, after participating in the comedy series Comedy Classes, Comedy Nights Bachao, and Killerr Karaoke Atka Toh Latkah, she portrayed a ghost in Sasural Simar Ka. Later, she starred as Amba, the primary character, in &TV’s Waaris from 2016 to 2017.

Arti Singh competed in the 2019 season of Bigg Boss 13 and finished as the fourth runner-up. Arti Singh disclosed on this programme that she had depression for two years as a result of her unemployment. Singh made her television comeback three years after leaving the show, appearing in Shemaroo Umang’s Ummeed Ki Roshni Shravani as the antagonist Chandra Bhanu Thakur.
