Asatha Povathu Yaaru? was a comedy show where Aishwarya began her career as a TV presenter. She was cast in the 2011 movie Avargalum Ivargalum after winning the reality show Maanada Mayilada, and she gained notoriety after appearing in the 2012 film Attakathi. For the 2014 movie Kaaka Muttai, she won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress. Aishwarya’s breakthrough performances came from her solo flick Kanaa (2018) and the 2018 blockbuster Vada Chennai.

Aishwarya Rajesh Childhood And Schooling

On January 10, 1990, Aishwarya Rajesh was born in Chennai (then known as Madras) to a Telugu family. Rajesh, her father, acted in Telugu films. Aishwarya lost him when she was a young girl. Nagamani, her mother, was a dancer. Her aunt Sri Lakshmi is a Telugu comic with over 500 films to her credit, and her grandfather Amarnath was also an actor in Telugu films . Of her four siblings, two older brothers passed away when she was a teenager, making her the youngest.

Raised in Chennai, Aishwarya characterised her upbringing as “lower middle class.” She attended Holy Angels Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in Chennai, Sree Vidyanikethan International School in Tirupati, and Shrine Vailankanni in Chennai for her education.

Early work and debut (2010–2015)

Aishwarya also served as an anchor on the TV show Asathapovathu Yaaru settings early in her career. With eight films released in 2016, Aishwarya had the most releases of any Tamil actress, including Aarathu Sinam and Hello Naan. Manithan, Dharma Durai, and Pei Pesuren all enjoyed commercial success. Her roles in the films Dharma Durai and Kuttrame Thandanai, in which she costarred with Kaaka Muttai director Manikandan, won her praise from critics. She rose to prominence in the industry as the go-to actor for performance-focused roles. Aishwarya debuted in Malayalam cinema in 2017 with her roles in the critically and commercially acclaimed flicks Sakhhavu and Jomonte Suvisheshangal. For the film Daddy, Arjun Rampal cast Aishwarya as Zubeida, based on her performance in Kaaka Muttai.

Under Sivakarthikeyan’s production, she played a cricket player in her first solo feature film, Kanaa. She made her lead Telugu debut in the remake of Kousalya Krishnamurthy, where she recreated her role. She appeared in Vaanam Kottatum and Namma Veettu Pillai as sisters. In World Famous Lover, she portrayed a country beauty. In Ka Pae Ranasingam, she portrayed a woman who lost her husband in Dubai. One reviewer said of her performance, “Aishwarya Rajesh is a revelation. With ease and remarkable conviction, she conveys desperation, helplessness, vulnerability, grit, and drive.


Later on, she acted in important parts in films including Driver Jamuna (2022), Boomika (2021), and Thittam Irandu (2021). The action thriller starring RJ Balaji, Run Baby Run (2023), has gotten good reviews. Aishwarya Rajesh saves the Tamil version of the excellent family drama in The Great Indian Kitchen (2023).
