Khare portrayed a parallel lead in the Life OK drama serial Jaane Kya Hoga Rama Re in 2016. Aishwarya Khare appeared in the supernatural drama series Vishkanya Ek Anokhi Prem Kahani on Zed TV in 2016 as Aparajita.
Later, she appeared on Doordarshan’s Beta Bhagya Se Bitiya Saubhagya Se as a police officer. Later on, she portrayed Bulbul Namdhari, Vijay’s wife and love interest, in the political drama Saam Daam Dand Bhed.[Reference required]
