Malik was born in Bombay (now Mumbai) to a Maharashtian family. Addite Malik is wed to Mohit Malik, an Indian television actor who was also her co-star in Miilee. On April 1, 2006, Mohit proposed to Addite. On July 14, 2010, the pair became engaged, and on December 1, 2010, they were married. The couple revealed their first child’s impending arrival in May 2021 in December 2020.
On April 27, 2021, she gave birth to a baby boy named Ekbir.

Her professional career began in the early 2000s. Addite Malik portrayed Sonu in the television series Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, starring Ekta Kapoor. Addite Malik was employed at Junior G in 2001. Addite Malik portrayed Mini Mishra, Juhi Parmar’s elder sister, in Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan in 2002.
Addite Malik portrayed Meeta in Shararat in 2003. For which she is renowned . Addite Malik starred as the lead antagonist Vishakha in Asit Kumar Modi’s drama Saarrthi in 2004. Addite Malik also appeared in Koie Jane Na and Dekho Magar Pyaar Se on Star Plus.
