The Indian model Varun Sood was born in Kolkata, West Bengal, on April 1, 1995. In the Indian Army, his father serves as an officer. His father was an Army employee, thus he had to attend several Army Schools in India. Varun Sood had always aspired to link up with the Indian Army.

When he was in school, he enjoyed playing basketball. Varun Sood also has a basketball player competing at the national level. At Army Public School in Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi, he finished his education.
Varun Sood applied to and was accepted into Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University, New Delhi, where he earned his B. Com. degree in an attempt to pursue higher education. After finishing his studies, he moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in acting. Varun Sood made his television debut in 2015’s MTV Roadies X2, where he was eliminated in Episode 20. By the time he was eliminated, he had garnered significant media attention. Owing to his fame, he was cast as a character in the 2015 YouTube web series Squadrann.
