Born on January 18, 1985, Minissha Lamba is an Indian actress and poker player who has acted in Hindi films. Yahaan was her first film released in 2005. Her other noteworthy motion pictures are Bachna Ae Haseeno (2008), Bheja Fry 2 (2011), Well Done Abba (2010), and Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd. (2007).
She took part in Bigg Boss 8 on Colours TV in 2014.

In New Delhi in 1985, Minisha Lamba was born into a Punjabi Sikh family, to Kawel and Manju Lamba.

After a year of education at Chettinad Vidyashram School in Chennai, she transferred to Army Public School in Srinagar, where she finished her studies. Her major in Miranda House, University of Delhi, was English (Hons.).
Minissha Lamba Career
Lamba started modelling for commercials for brands like LG, Sony, Cadbury, Hajmola, Airtel, Sunsilk, etc. while she was a student at Delhi University. She appeared in the Femina’s Generation “W” advertisement as well. She was approached by Bollywood filmmaker Shoojit Sircar during a Cadbury commercial shoot, and he signed her to star in his film Yahaan (2005). While still attending Miranda House College, she had started filming for Yahaan. After that, she started to appear in supporting and eventually main parts in films like Shaurya, Dus Kahaniyaan, Corporate, Anthony Kaun Hai, Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd., Anamika, and Rocky: The Rebel.

Her greatest hit to date, Bachna Ae Haseeno (2008), was produced by Yash Raj Films and starred her. She gained attention for her part in Sanjay Gadhvi’s kidnapping that same year. Her next significant part was in Well Done Abba (2010), directed by the highly regarded Shyam Benegal. Minissha’s portrayal of Muskaan Ali was praised, and “Well Done Abba” took home the 2010 National Film Award for Best Film on Social Issues. She competed in Bigg Boss 8 on Colours TV in 2014.
After six weeks, on November 2, 2014 (Day 42), she was evicted. Double Di Trouble, starring Dharmendra, Gippy Grewal, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Kulraj Randhawa, and Poonam Dhillon, was one of her final roles. She has also been featured in the music video for the hit song “Tera Surroor” by Himesh Reshammiya, which is taken from the album Aap Kaa Surroor.
Minissha Lamba Personal Life
On July 6, 2015, Lambá married Ryan Tham, a restaurateur, cousin to actress Pooja Bedi, and owner of the Juhu nightclub “Trilogy”. In August 2020, they declared that their divorce was finalised. She disclosed to the public in July 2021 her connection with businessman Akash Malik.
