Indian actress, model, dancer, and choreographer Seerat Kapoor primarily performs in Telugu films. Her profession started out as an assistant choreographer. Run Raja Run, a Telugu movie from 2014, marked her acting debut.

In Mumbai, India, on April 3, 1993 , Kapoor was born. Her mother, Neena Sihota Kapoor, is an air hostess with Air India, and her father, the late Vineet Kapoor, was a hotelier. After completing her pre-university studies at R. D. National College in Bandra, Kapoor received her education at Mumbai’s Podar International School, Santa Cruz. Seerat Kapoor then enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts programme in mass communication, but she dropped out since her acting schedule interfered with it.

Seerat Kapoor started dancing at the age of sixteen for Bollywood choreographer Ashley Lobo at The Danceworx in Mumbai, and at that point she was at the height of her career. Kapoor taught dance at the academy full-time. Kapoor worked on Rockstar during her journey and was appointed Assistant Choreographer.
Seerat Kapoor studied acting at the Roshan Tanejaa School of Acting, which is run by her cousin’s grandfather, after becoming interested in modelling. Kapoor made his Run Raja Run debut in 2014.

Seerat Kapoor signed a contract with Madhu B. and N.V. Prasad in 2015 to play Ganga in the action movie Tiger. Starring with Sundeep Kishan and Rahul Ravindran, the film was set against the background of Varanasi. Her next film, Columbus (2015), co-starring Sumanth Ashwin and directed by R. Shamala and produced by Ashwani Kumar Sahdev, was a romantic comedy. As Neeraja, Kapoor’s performance received accolades and was hailed as the movie’s high point.

Seerat Kapoor finished filming Raju Gari Gadhi 2 with Nagarjuna in October 2017, and she was now filming Touch Chesi Chudu with Ravi Teja and Allu Sirish’s Okka Kshanam. Krishna and His Leela, her most recent Netflix release, was released in 2020.
