Actor Harsh Chhaya was born in India on December 2, 1966. Harsh Chhaya made his TV series debut as “Jijo” in the early 1990s Zee TV series Tara, but his major breakthrough role was as Krishnakant Trivedi (KT) in the mid-1990s Hasratein TV series. In this role, he played a wealthy boss who tricked his married employee (Savi) into having an extramarital affair with him.

Shefali Shah was the spouse of Harsh. Following their split from Shah, Harsh wed the actress Sunita Sengupta. Harsh Chhaya finished his education at Jamia Millia Islamia in Delhi, where he studied mass communication at the A.J.K. Mass Communication Research Center of the institution.
