The last thing I expected to become somewhat famous for was having a slightly twisted neck. Therefore, by all means, if you can use your flaws to your advantage. When asked about her impairment during an interview, Radhika Gupta stated these things.

Gupta was unable to engage in the customary pastimes of her peers as a child, whether they involved athletics or not. In example, during her school years in Nigeria, where she felt like a “gross misfit” learning alongside daughters of warlords in the late 1990s, she found “identity and solace” in education. Due to several delivery problems, Radhika Gupta was born with a permanent tilt to her neck. Though it was not noticeable when she was a baby, when she began to lose baby fat, the tilt became noticeable.

In numerous interviews, Radhika acknowledged that her self-esteem suffered and that she was quite self-conscious about her “weird tilt.” She used to be terrified of losing weight because she thought it would draw attention to her tilt. But she eventually came to accept her imperfections. When Radhika looked at her tilt from a new angle, she noticed that it was one of her unique qualities.

She was also motivated to try something new by it. Radhika Gupta attended the American International School while she was in Nigeria. Her schoolmates were wealthy individuals who indulged in pricey pastimes like horseback riding. Her parents recommended that she study bridge when she mentioned wanting to instill a passion. She disclosed in an interview that she spent eighty-five minutes talking about Bridge during a ninety-minute interview with a senior partner at Mckinsey about a job.
