Elvish Yadav is once again facing legal issues. The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner was jailed in connection with a snake venom case, and on Saturday, the Enforcement Directorate filed a money laundering complaint against him. At present, he is free on bond.
Elvish Yadav Snake Venom Case: Elvish Yadav Is Accused With Money Laundering
In light of the sizeable sum of money involved in the racket, a senior ED official has revealed that the agency’s Lucknow unit has filed a case against Elvish Yadav and others under various sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in the snake venom case. The team was probably going to question Yadav and other people connected to the snake venom case, he added.

It is also said that they will look into Yadav’s fleet of high-end cars.
Elvish Yadav was in legal custody earlier in March of this year and was incarcerated for fourteen days. Despite his initial denial that the accusations against him were “baseless and fake,” he later acknowledged that he had attended rave parties with each of the arrested suspects. In addition, he acknowledged that he coordinated the delivery of snake venom for the rave events.
In response to a complaint made by the People For Animals (PFA) group, the Noida Police raided a banquet hall in Sector 51 last year and took five persons into custody. In its FIR, the PFA named Elvish and charged him with throwing rave parties. Nine snakes, including cobras, and 20 millilitres of snake venom were reportedly taken from the rave gathering.

The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner stated he will work with the authorities and shared videos on YouTube and Instagram proving his innocence as his name surfaced in the case. In addition, he mentioned suing Maneka Gandhi for slander.
The social media influencer’s parents made multiple appearances in interviews while he was incarcerated, maintaining their son’s innocence. In addition, his father discussed their modest way of living and mentioned that the fancy cars featured in Elvish’s social media posts and vlogs are rented. He denied that Elvish was the owner of pricey vehicles and opulent homes.
