Imtiaz Ali is an Indian film director, producer, and screenwriter who was born on June 16, 1971. His most well-known directing credits include Highway (2014), Jab We Met (2007), Love Aaj Kal (2009), Rockstar (2011), and Tamasha (2015).

Imtiaz Ali Early Years And Personal Life
Jamshedpur is where Imtiaz Ali was born.and lived part of his formative years in Patna . Imtiaz is a member of the Jamshedpur, Bihar (now Jharkhand) Muslim family. As a child, Imtiaz occasionally accompanied his father Mansoor Ali, a contractor who worked on irrigation projects, which allowed Imtiaz to gain insight into Indian internal affairs. Through his mother, he is related to Pakistani TV actor, director, and producer Khalid Ahmed Early schooling was received at Patna’s St. Michael’s High School and Jamshedpur’s D.B.M.S. English School. Arif Ali, a director who debuted with the movie Lekar Hum Deewana Dil, is his brother.
Imtiaz Ali participated in college theatre while attending Hindu College at the University of Delhi. He achieved great success in college.
