At the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant tied the knot in an extravagant ceremony that was witnessed by government dignitaries, Bollywood stars, and global legends.
The youngest son of billionaire businessman Mukesh Ambani, Anant Ambani, and businesswoman Radhika Merchant, daughter of Viren Merchant, celebrated their marriage in a lavish ceremony on Friday at Mumbai’s Jio World Convention Centre.

The “wedding of the decade” was graced by worldwide luminaries, Bollywood celebs, and governmental dignitaries, bringing together extravagance, tradition, and celebrity glamour.
Attendees included former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair, Nigerian rapper Rema, US television personality Kim Kardashian and her sister Khloe, and global business titans such Amin Nasser, CEO of Saudi Aramco, Jay Lee, chairman of Samsung Electronics, and Emma Walmsley, CEO of GSK plc.
Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Tiger Shroff, and Varun Dhawan were among the nearly full cast of Bollywood actors in attendance, many of whom were accompanied by their families.
The southern contingent was also led by superstars from the South, Rajinikanth, Ram Charan, and Mahesh Babu.
Along with the legendary Sachin Tendulkar and Mahendra Singh Dhoni, current stars Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, and Suryakumar Yadav, as well as past great Krish Srikkanth, were among the many Indian cricket players that attended the occasion.
Following Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani’s nuptials, there will be three festivities in Mumbai: Shubh “Aashirwad” on July 13, “Mangal Utsav,” or the wedding reception, on July 14, and another reception party on July 15.
The wedding celebrations for the youngest son of Nita and Mukesh Ambani began on June 29 with a small puja ceremony at their Mumbai home, Antilia.
This was followed by a series of pre-wedding customs such as the sangeet, haldi, mehendi, and “mameru” ceremony.
Prior to their nuptials, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant threw two lavish pre-wedding celebrations: a lavish cruise party from Italy to France from May 29 to June 1 and an extravagant pre-wedding extravaganza in Jamnagar in March that drew 1,000 guests, including sports stars, celebrities, and business magnates.
