Born on June 29, 1975 , Upasana Singh is an Indian actress and stand-up comedian who performs in films in the Hindi and Punjabi languages. Singh gained notoriety for playing a deafmute in the Judaai movie from 1997. then gained notoriety for playing the wicked fairy Cruella/Kalipari in Son Pari in a negative light.

Her comic part in the patriotic sitcom Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani on Doordarshan and the thriller Tamanna House on Zee was as Gangaa. Upasana Singh later appeared in a number of regular cast films starring David Dhawan and Priyadarshan in tiny roles.
