Sargun Mehta Dubey, an Indian punjabi actress and model, was born on September 6, 1988. For her efforts in Punjabi cinema, she has won two Filmfare Awards Punjabi and three PTC Punjabi Film Awards.

Mehta started her acting career in undergraduate theatre performances before branching out into television roles. She starred in her first film, 12/24 Karol Bagh, on Zed TV in 2009. Her career took a major turn when she landed a critical praise role in Colours TV’s drama series Phulwa. Mehta was commended for her supporting roles in the 2013 series Balika Vadhu and the 2009 series 12/24 Karol Bagh. Boogie Woogie Kids Championship, a dance reality show, was hosted by her as well.
