Sara Hussain, often known by her stage name Sara Loren, is a Pakistani actress and model who primarily works in Hindi and Urdu films and television. Her most well-known part was that of Barkhaa in 2015.
Sara Loren Early Life
Born into a Christian household, Loren grew up in Kuwait City. Her mother and father were born in Pakistan, while her grandpa immigrated to Kuwait from Rajasthan after India was divided. Sara Loren stated in an interview conducted in India that she visits the temple and that she comes from a multi-cultural heritage because her father is a Rajput from Rajasthan. After her father passed away when she was a teenager, her family moved to Lahore.
Sara Loren Career
Loren made her Bollywood debut opposite Himesh Reshammiya in Pooja Bhatt’s romance thriller Kajraare in 2010. She went on to play the seductive Nisha in Murder 3 (2013). She acted in Yasir Nawaz’s Anjuman the next year, for which she was nominated for a Tarang Housefull Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role. In 2003, Loren debuted as an actress in the television series Rabia Zinda Rahegi.
In addition, she starred in the films Mahnoor, Meharun Nisa, Makan, Mehar Bano aur Shah Bano, Sandal, Riyasat, Help of a Ghost, Dupatta, Umrao jan-e-adaa, and Madhosh. She was nominated for a second Pakistan Media Awards for Best Drama Actress for her role in Main Mar Gai Shaukat Ali.

In Karachi and Delhi, Loren performed in the theatrical productions of Anarkali, Shahyad Issi Ka Naam Mohabbat Hai Sheiftaa. In 2010, Loren debuted on the big screen in the Bollywood film Kajraare, starring Pooja Bhatt. In the song “Love Mein Ghum” by Reema Khan, she had a brief cameo appearance the following year.
Sara Loren subsequently portrayed the seductive Nisha in the Murder 3 movie from 2013. She debuted in Lollywood the next year in Yasir Nawaz’s Anjuman. She performed the “Saiyaan” piece in Syed Faisal Bukhari’s Saltanat in 2014. She next had an appearance in Barkhaa by Shadaab Mirza, in which she portrayed a girl from a rural village who becomes a pub dancer. Despite running for 50 days, the movie was deemed a commercial failure.
