Born on July 3, 1986, Kratika Sengar, also referred to as Kratika Sengar Dheer, is an Indian actress who primarily works in Indian television. In 2007, Kratika Sengar made her screen debut as Prerna Gill in Kasautii Zindagii Kay. She also starred as Sanchi “Sugandi” in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.

Jhansi Ki Rani was Kratika’s big break. Later, she acted in three films: Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, Service Wali Bahu, and Punar Vivah. Her Father Godfather, a 2014 Bollywood film, included her as well.

Early career and debut (2007–2011)
In the television series Kasautii Zindagii Kay in 2007 and “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” in 2008, Kratika Sengar made her acting debut. In 2008, she was cast in another Balaji Telefilms production, Kya Dill Mein Hai. Later, she made a brief cameo in the comedy series Bura Na Mano Holi Hai on Sony TV. Additionally, she had an appearance in Lux Kaun Jeetega Bollywood ka Ticket, a reality show.
Sengar’s first major starring role was with the Zed TV series Jhansi Ki Rani in 2009. In Balaji’s show Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil, Kratika Sengar had a brief cameo. Kratika Sengar also had an episode-specific appearance in Aahat in 2010.
Lead and achieve roles (2012–2015)
Sengar at the triumph party of Punar Vivah Kratika returned to television in 2012, costarring with Gurmeet Choudhary in Punar Vivah on Zed TV. The programme ran till May 17, 2013. Kratika Sengar appeared on Qubool Hai to promote her programme while portraying Aarti. Kratika Sengar made a guest appearance on Star Plus’s Ek Veer Ki Ardaas…Veera in January 2014. She appeared in Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev, a Life OK programme that starred Mohit Raina and Mouni Roy, later in the year, just before it concluded. 2014 saw her in her first motion picture, My Father Godfather. Kratika starred in the upcoming Service Wali Bahu on Zed TV in 2015.

Sengar made an appearance on Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, hosted by Ekta Kapoor, in 2016. Shivani Tomar took her place in the role. Kratika Sengar returned in September of 2016. The programme ended on July 27, 2018. Kratika Sengar performed in the 2017 television series Chandrakanta as the narrator. She made an appearance in Choti Sarrdaarni in 2021.
