Anupama Parameswaran Childhood And schooling
In the Thrissur region of Kerala, on February 18, 1996 , Anupama was born into a Malayali household in Irinjalakuda to Parameswaran Erekkath and Sunitha Parameswaran. Akshay is her younger brother. Before quitting school to pursue acting, she majored in Communicative English at CMS College in Kottayam, Kerala.

Anupama made a successful commercial debut with Premam, costarring Nivin Pauly.Then, in the Malayalam movie James & Alice, she made a brief appearance. Later, she ventured into Telugu cinema with a few films, such as A Aa, in which she costarred with Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Nithiin in a lead role.

Later, she starred in the Telugu adaptation of Premam. Anupama Parameswaran made her Tamil film debut in the starring role alongside Dhanush in her next movie, Kodi. Anupama Parameswaran also starred with Sharwanand in the Telugu movie Shatamanam Bhavati, which was released in January 2017 . The same month, Dulquer Salmaan and she appeared in the Malayalam movie Jomonte Suvisheshangal.
She worked in Merlapaka Gandhi’s Krishnarjuna Yudham opposite Nani and A. Karunakaran’s Tej I Love You opposite Sai Dharam Tej after Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi opposite Ram Pothineni. In Hello Guru Prema Kosame, she was teamed with Ram Pothineni once more. Anupama made her Kannada film debut in 2019 costarring with Puneeth Rajkumar in Natasaarvabhowma. After that, she starred in the Telugu movie Rakshasudu.
Anupama Parameswaran starred opposite Atharvaa in the Tamil movie Thalli Pogathey in 2021. Anupama Parameswaran starred opposite Ashish, a Telugu film debutante, in Rowdy Boys in 2022. Karthikeya 2, the follow-up to Karthikeya (2014), was her second Telugu film of the same year.
