An Indian actor, singer, songwriter, and composer is named Taaruk Raina. His role as Anmol Malhotra in Mismatched is well-known.
Taaruk Raina Childhood
Since the age of six, Raina has been singing. He was exposed to a lot of heavy metal, rap, rock, and ghazals as a child. Taaruk Raina had also sang in the choir at his school. Since he lacked technical music expertise, he began studying it on YouTube. A few years later, he began performing at weddings and bars.
Taaruk Raina Career
Raina began assisting Aditya Chopra at Yash Raj Films for Befikre in 2015. In 2018, he played the lead role in an Indian adaptation of Disney’s Aladdin, which required him to perform live in front of an audience and sing the well-known songs. Taaruk Raina has been starring in the Netflix adolescent romantic drama Mismatched since November 2020. He composed two songs for the series in addition to acting. His next appearance was in the song “Sukoon” by Sony Music India, where he was paired with Aisha Ahmed.
Taaruk Raina starred as Aryan with Zayn Marie Khan in the Netflix miniseries Aryan & Meera in 2021. Taaruk Raina appeared in two web series in 2022: Jugaadistan on Amazon Prime Video and The Broken News on ZEE5. He also portrayed Vinayak Sharma, the son of Rishi Kapoor, in Sharmaji Namkeen that same year.
His debut solo single “Narazi” was released in January 2023. In May 2023, Raina appeared in the Audible audio series Desi Down Under, directed by Mantra and starring Adarsh Gourav and Prajakta Koli.
The story, which takes place in Sydney and centres on three Mangalorean youths, age 20, travelling to Australia to train as surf lifeguards at Coogee Beach, is set in this fictional world. His upcoming role is in Songs of Paradise, a musical drama directed by Danish Renzu.
