At the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, Kapoor pursued studies in acting and filmmaking. In addition, he works as a disk jockey under the stage name Bullzeye. He later joined filmmaker Priyadarshan as an assistant director, assisting him on a number of films, including Bhool Bhulaiya, Bhagam Bhag, Chup Chup Ke, and Dhol, for over two years.
He was originally scheduled to star in Soham Shah’s 2012 action comedy Satte Pe Satta, which is a remake of the 1982 Raj Sippy film action comedy of the same name. However, the movie was postponed. Thus, he debuted as an actor in the 2013 movie Shootout at Wadala, costarring with Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, and Kangana Ranaut.Later, he worked with Anurag Kashyap on his psychological thriller Ugly (2014), costarring with Ronit Roy and Tejaswini Kolhapure in a cameo role.
Siddhanth Kapoor was taken into custody by the authorities in 2022 for using illegal narcotics at a festival in Bangalore.
