Actor Mahat Raghavendra is an Indian who performs in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu films. His most well-known performances are in the action drama Jilla (2014), the heist thriller Mankatha (2011), and the lead part in Double XL (2022).
Mahat Raghavendra Career
Raghavendra decided to pursue a career in movies after graduating from Hindustan College of Arts and Science. Before he landed his first major role, Raghavendra appeared in two films with his boyhood friend Silambarasan as a backdrop artist: Vallavan (2006) and Kaalai (2008). At first, he was supposed to star in a Tamil version of Ullasamga Utsahamga (2008), the popular Telugu movie. Sadly, though, the project was abandoned.

Raghavendra signed on to play a part in Venkat Prabhu’s 2011 action film Mankatha, which starred Arjun, Vaibhav, and Ajith Kumar among others. In August 2011, the film released to critical and financial success, with Raghavendra playing a pub owner in Dharavi. The Edison Awards committee named Raghavendra the Best Male Debut Actor of the Year for his work in the movie.
In the Telugu film Backbench Student (2013), Raghavendra starred in his first leading role with Piaa Bajpai and Archana Kavi. After watching the actor at an interview for Mankatha, the filmmakers were so impressed that they decided to place him in the movie. After that, he costarred with Prince Cecil in the fantasy comedy Bunny n Cherry (2013). In Jilla (2013), Raghavendra returned to the Tamil film industry, costarring in a supporting role with Vijay and Mohanlal.
Raghavendra went on to become a star in low-budget films such as Run (2016) and Ladies & Gentlemen (2015), in which he appeared as a guest. In the February 2019 Tamil film Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven, starring Simbu and Megha Akash, Mahat made an appearance.
In January 2021, the Telugu film Cycle, directed by Aatla Arjun Reddy and starring Mahat and Punarnavi, was released. Mahat Raghavendra is currently filming his parts for three Tamil films: Kaadhal Conditions Apply, Ivan Than Uthaman, and Kettavanu Per Edutha Nallavanda. A romance drama with Mahat and Sana is currently under development. It will be lighthearted and breezy. Arvind R, a debutante, is the director of Kadhal Conditions Apply.
Mahat Raghavendra Individual Life
Mahat graduated from Kodaikanal’s Zion Matriculation School. He subsequently received his degree from Padur’s Hindustan College of Arts & Science. Venkata Suryanarayana, Mahat’s father, works as a chemical engineer. Umadevi Garimella, his mother, was formerly employed by the esteemed Commonwealth of Nations. She graduated with a master’s in biochemistry. Renu is his elder sister.
In 2017, Mahat started dating model and actor Prachi Mishra, who was Miss India 2012 . 2019 saw the couple become engaged in April. On February 1, 2020, Raghavendra wed Prachi Mishra. On June 7, 2021, Adiyaman Raghavendra, their son, was born.
