Born on June 19, 1983, Divyendu Sharma, or simply , Divyenndu is an Indian actor who appears in Hindi films and television shows. After starring in the comedy Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011), for which he won the Screen Award for Best Male Debut, he went on to play supporting parts in the films Toilet: Ek Prem Katha(2017) and Chashme Baddoor (2013).

Divyenndu worked in theatre for three years in Delhi before attending FTII, Pune, for two years to earn a diploma in acting. Divyenndu has previously appeared in several advertisements for companies like as Fidelity Mutual Funds, Birla Sun Life, and Virgin Mobile. Divyenndu and Akanksha Sharma are wed.

However, his entire name appears on his official paperwork. Divyenndu made his screen debut following Aaja Nachle in Madhuri Dixit’s comeback film. He portrayed the role of Liquid in Pyaar Ka Punchnama, his first Bollywood film.
Divyenndu was named the Most Promising Newcomer – Male Screen Award winner for his performance in the movie. In the David Dhawan version of Chashme Baddoor, he also portrayed the poet Omi.
