Indian actor Arjan Bajwa was born on September 3, 1979, and is well-known for his roles in Telugu and Hindi movies. In the Telugu movies where he began his career, he is identified as Deepak. Arjan Bajwa made his Bollywood debut in the critically acclaimed movie Guru in 2007 after making his Hindi cinema debut in Woh Tera Naam Tha in 2004.

Arjan Bajwa Childhood
Bajwa was born into a Jat Sikh household on September 3, 1979, in Delhi, India. His father, Swinderjeet Singh Bajwa, was a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) deputy mayor of Delhi. Bajwa is a black belt in Taekwondo and has an architectural degree from Delhi.
Bajwa was a successful model who walked the ramp for several well-known fashion designers before she started making films. His television career began with a number of ads for companies like Lux, Veet, Fiat Palio, Godrej AC, and so on. He appeared in these ads with some of Bollywood’s most well-known actresses, including Preity Zinta, Aishwariya Rai, and Katrina Kaif.
Arjan Bajwa Career
Sampangi (2001) marked Bajwa’s Telugu cinema debut. Arjan Bajwa later starred in two other Telugu films, Premalo Pavani Kalyan (2002). Bajwa made his Hindi film debut in Woh Tera Naam Tha. He then gained notoriety in Bollywood with the highly acclaimed film Guru, directed by Mani Ratnam, where he played the antagonist opposite Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai. He then starred alongside Priyanka Chopra as the male lead in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion.
Arjan Bajwa received the Stardust Award for Breakthrough Performance for the movie, and Fashion took home two National Awards in addition to multiple other honours from Filmfare, IIFA, Star Screen, and Stardust. Bajwa co-starred with Trisha and Nagarjuna Akkineni in the Telugu film King. After that, he made an appearance in Arundhati, a Telugu movie starring Anushka Shetty and Sonu Sood that went on to become one of the biggest grossing movies in the country at the time.

After that, Bajwa starred alongside Sonakshi Sinha in Ajay Devgn’s action comedy Son of Sardaar. He also starred in Bobby Jasoos (2014) with Vidya Balan and the action thriller Crook (2010) with Emraan Hashmi. He made an appearance in the August 2016 release of Rustom, which starred Esha Gupta, Ileana D’Cruz, and Akshay Kumar. Arjan Bajwa portrayed Shahid Kapoor’s brother in Sandeep Vanga’s Kabir Singh, which debuted in 2019. At first, he was apprehensive about playing the older brother of the main male character, but he eventually agreed to perform the role at Vanga’s request because he was the only suitable candidate.
Apart from her acting career, Bajwa has also presented events like as the 2007 Filmfare Awards (South), the 2010 and 2014 International Film Festival of India Goa closing ceremonies, and the Jalandher opening ceremony of the Kabaddi World Cup. In 2014 and 2016, Bajwa served as the PTC Punjabi Film Awards’ host.
